Home Concierge Solutions (HCS) offers comprehensive services to ensure your home is well taken care of while you're away.  There are many things that can happen during your absence; leaky pipes, insects, rodents, mold, and storm damage to name just a few.  When these problems go undetected for periods of time, that's when extensive damages may occur.  Home watch services are the preferred option to resolve these unexpected scenarios.

HCS offers home inspections that are customized to your situation. We will check the interior and exterior of your property using a comprehensive check list designed specifically for your home.  If any issues are detected we will notify you immediately. If needed, HCS can secure estimates, arrange, coordinate and monitor third-party vendors for routine or non-routine maintenance.

Your Home Watch service will be performed on a pre-determined schedule, based on your needs. A report will be sent to you upon completion of our inspection using the latest Home Watch software or via your preferred method of communication. 

 

Our Basic Services Interior Includes:

• Check AC to be sure it's cooling at proper temperature

• Check electric panel, re-set any breakers, clocks and appliances

• Run faucets, disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and flush and brush toilets

• Check ceiling, walls, fixtures and under cabinets for leaks

• Check refrigerators/freezers for proper cooling

• Monitor appliances, water heater and garage doors

• Check alarm systems for proper functioning

• Check windows, locks and screens of forced entry

• Check signs for insect or rodent intrusion

 

Our Basic Services Exterior Includes:

• Removing newspapers, flyers, packages from lawn or front door area

• Verify lawn maintenance service 

• Empty mailbox and forward mail if requested (postage paid by client)

• Check for broken windows and/or any intrusion from forced entry

• Check for any vandalism

• Check landscaping, drainage issues or water intrusion

• Check outside lighting is operating properly

• Inspection of garage and lanai

• Check pool condition and screen enclosure for any damage
