OUR STORY

Home Concierge Solutions began taking shape in 2010 when Debbie's corporate position had been eliminated. With 2 small children, finding a 'good' job in an economy that was struggling had been challenging.  In order to make ends meet, she began doing admin office work for a few small businesses and filled in the gaps with light residential cleaning, organization, home and pet sitting. (Unbeknownst to her, this would develop into her own entrepreneurial business) 

 

In 2012, Debbie made the decision to move closer to family. Accepted a position as a Territory Manager, but she soon realized it kept her away from home too much.  She was struggling to balance family and work life.  It was then, she began thinking about how to expand upon her existing foundation, turning her part time home services into a full-time business.  She had already implemented other specialized tasks at the request of her clients; setting appointments, meeting technicians, forward client's mail, performing weekly home checks, grocery shopping.... She was confident that with some modifications to her current business model and enlisting the right business partner, Home Concierge Solutions would grow into something better than imagined.
